We understand not all homes are the same, as such we are also able to arrange insurance for non standard homes.

We also advise on providing insurance for holiday homes and/or second homes (which may remain unattended for extended periods during a year) in the UK and overseas.

If you are having work carried out on your home, such as an extension, loft or basement conversion, you will need specialised contract works insurance. Many policies may exclude cover under your current policy whilst these works are being carried out, and therefore leave you exposed. Again we’d be happy to discuss cover options available to you.
